Watch PUP’s Video Game-Inspired Clip for “DVP”

Toronto punk rockers PUP have unleashed a lyric video for their newest track, DVP. The Jeremy Schaulin-Rioux-directed clip features iconic video game imagery (from the likes of Mortal Kombat and Super Mario, etc.) blended together with the words of singer/guitarist Stefan Babcock.

“The four of us grew up in the golden-age of spastic, seizure inducing video games (see: the 90’s),” says Babcock. “Our best bud Jeremy had the idea to smash together scenes from some of our favourite games in a hot pile of ADHD-insanity. Turns out that pairs really well with our music. Go figure.”

It is expected that PUP will release their sophomore album at some point in 2016. We can’t wait!
