Metallica Unboxes New “By Request” Vinyl Package
Metallica is so into its “By Request” concerts, that it chose to take four of those shows and press them to vinyl. We have already been treated to vinyl offerings of Metallica “By Request” performances from Bogota, Helsinki and Istanbul, but now comes the fourth and final album in the series: Metallica’s August 9, 2014 set from Parc Jean-Drapeau in Quebec.
The quadruple, 180-gram vinyl package includes tracks like “Master of Puppets,” “Welcome Home (Sanitarium),” “…And Justice for All,” “Sad But True,” “Creeping Death,” “Battery” and of course, “Enter Sandman.”
Although the 500 units of this album have all been sold, it’s still worth seeing it get unboxed. (Then checking eBay obsessively.)
