Listen to July Talk’s Cooled New Tune, “Strange Habit”

As much as July Talk are known for their sonic bombast and theatrical stage antics, the Toronto rockers are also more than capable of cooling things right down and taking the audience on a gentler, if not slightly creepy path that blurs the line between beauty and darkness. A perfect example of this is “Strange Habit,” the latest song to emerge from the band’s forthcoming album, Touch (due September 9.) While July Talk has been performing this song live during their summer tour dates, it’s awesome to finally listen to and absorb the studio version of it.
