Jack White Sells Scratch-and-Win Concert Posters
We all know that Jack White is an innovator at heart, but he took things an unusual (yet awesome!) step up at his show last night in Las Vegas by selling scratch-and-win concert posters.
The Matthew Jacobson and Shelby Rodeffer designed prints featured a slot machine, with three spots upon its window in which fans were encouraged to scratch for the chance to win Third Man Records prizes.
If a person wound up with a trio of Third Man Record logos, the prize was a $300 gift certificate from the label. Meanwhile three philosophers resulted in receiving limited edition Bill Burr, Neil Hamburger and Reggie Watts records; a blond, redhead, and brunette brought combo brought with it the prize of limited edition releases by Amy Walker and Tempest Storm, as well as Olivia Jean.
If you were lucky enough to have one of these combinations come up on your poster, Third Man Records asks that you take a photo with it, then forward that to sales@thirdmanrecords.com to claim the prize.
Tonight, Jack White will appear on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, just one night after the revered late night program gave Saved By the Bell fans a reunion worth waiting for.
