Foo Fighters Tour Poster Exhibit Coming this Month
As Foo Fighters continue to keep fans guessing about what its next move will be, comes word that an exhibit featuring posters from the band’s Sonic Highways tour – and works from the past – will begin this month.
Kicking off on November 12 to December 3, the Sonic Art Ways exhibit will be held at the French Paper Gallery (51 Rue Volta 75003) in Paris France.
“We are honoured to have worked with so many talented artists along the tour & hope you can come over and see the collection as a whole,” reads a statement posted on the Foo Fighters Instagram account. “There will be limited ‘from the vault’ sales, exclusive shirts and new posters available.”
The exhibit will feature the work of Emek, Zoltron, Todd Slater, Niark1, Brad Klausen, Ken Taylor, Jermaine Roger, Drew Millward, Neil Williams, Justin Kamerer, Jim Mazza, Ivan Minsloff, Guy Burwell, Ames Bros, Greg Simkins, Brian Ewing, James Eads and many more.
“Foo Fighters have a sound,” said the band’s bassist Nate Mendel during an interview with Riffyou.com. “Forget it, the next album is not going to sound radically different from any of the other ones – that’s kind of a given. So, it’s everything else around it that we are going to strive to make interesting, to justify another 20 years.”
