Early Bowie Albums Getting 180-Gram Vinyl Treatment
As the world continues to celebrate the music, life and impact of David Bowie comes word that his early era albums (1969-1973, to be exact) will get 180-gram vinyl treatment.
On February 26, Parlophone will issue heavyweight vinyl editions of Space Oddity, The Man Who Sold the World, Hunky Dory, The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, Aladdin Sane and Pin Ups.
In addition to those classic studio albums, fans will also be able to nab a 180-gram pressing of Bowie’s Bowie at the Beeb box set. This 4-LP compilation features recordings of the artist’s performances at numerous BBC radio stations from 1968-1972.
All albums can be pre-ordered from the official David Bowie website.
