Watch “Leave a Trace,” the New Video from CHVRCHES
On September 25, rising Scottish synth-pop act CHVRCHES will finally release its second album, Every Open Eye. Ahead of that, we have a video for the album’s lead single “Leave a Trace.”
Frontwoman Lauren Mayberry is the focus, as she takes refuge from a failed relationship by cleansing herself in a wide open, watery setting. Throughout, Mayberry’s presence is strong and the audience is brought into the emotional struggle in which “Leave a Trace” presents.
