Watch Jimmy Fallon Perform with U2 in NYC
On Wednesday, U2 played New York’s Madison Square Gardens for the third-night of its eight-night residency. After welcoming a fan to the stage during “Mysterious Ways,” U2 was soon joined by an even bigger fan – Jimmy Fallon of The Tonight Show.
After briefly playing the role of an over-over-exhuberant fan, Fallon was encouraged by Bono to perform “Desire” with the rest of his U2 mates. You may recall Fallon performing “Desire” on The Tonight Show after U2 was forced to cancel a series of appearances following Bono’s bicycling accident.
Once Fallon sang his heart out on one of U2’s MSG stages, The Roots popped up and accompanied Bono and the fellas on “Angel of Harlem.”
