Watch Foo Fighters Cover Rush’s “Tom Sawyer” with Brian from Edmonton
Last night at a show in Edmonton, Alberta, Foo Fighters got its Canadian on by taking on a cover of Rush’s monster hit, “Tom Sawyer.” This time, there was a twist: a fan – named Brian – was welcomed onstage to sing Geddy Lee’s challenging vocals.
Dave Grohl seemed concerned at first, uttering “Welcome to my nightmare.” However, by the time Brian finished ripping the roof of the arena, Grohl marvelled: “I don’t even know how to follow that shit…that was amazing!
