Watch Eagles of Death Metal Mess with a Giant Banana
More bands ought to do commercials – especially when CGI bananas are involved. Eagles of Death Metal know this and have gone out of its way to provide fellow rockers with a winning example of how to do it.
In this clip, Eagles of Death Metal members Joshua Homme and Jesse Hughes sit impatiently in the studio waiting for Don (the banana) to arrive. When he does, a tongue lashing is given by the band, before it’s revealed that the potassium-rich piece of produce has bigger problems.
Of course, this is all in promotion of the forthcoming Eagles of Death Metal Album, Zipper Down (due October 2.)
