Watch Blur Become A Video Game in “Ong Ong” Video
Blur has released a new video for “Ong Ong,” a track that appears on the band’s comeback album, The Magic Whip. In it, Blur members Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon, Alex James and Dave Rowntree are dressed up as video game characters, before viewers are led through some retro gameplay.
“It’s just wonderful that the record has been well received,” said James in a recent interview with The Independent. “The longer we left it, the more of a mountain it was. You know when you leave the washing up and it becomes a pile? It was like we were all afraid to go back into the kitchen.”
