Trent Reznor Working on “Fight Club” Rock Opera?
As busy as Trent Reznor is working with Apple Music and potentially a new Nine Inch Nails album, comes word that he is partnering with Fight Club author Chuck Palahniuk and director David Fincher to create a rock opera version of the book, turned feature film.
Although Reznor hasn’t come out (yet) and confirmed or denied this news, a tweet issued by Jeff Goldsmith (of The Q&A with Jeff Goldsmith podcast), claims that Palahniuk confirmed the Nine Inch Nails leader’s involvement.
So @chuckpalahniuk told me he's working with David Fincher & @trent_reznor to do a #FightClub rock opera – an enhanced version of the film!

Reznor has scored three of Fincher’s most recent films: The Social Network, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and Gone Girl.
If you’re Reznor, or Fincher, the first rule of working on a Fight Club rock opera is to not tell anyone that you’re working on a Fight Club rock opera.
