The Dirty Nil Sign to Dine Alone Records – Album Coming in 2016
Even though many figured that The Dirty Nil would release its debut full-length through Fat 
Wreck Chords, it’s been confirmed that the Hamilton, Ontario rock trio has opted to join Toronto’s Dine Alone Records.
The Dirty Nil’s debut full-length is being produced by John Goodmanson (Sleater-Kinney, Death Cab for Cutie) and will be released through Dine Alone Records in 2016. But first, fans will be treated to the “No Weaknesses” / “Provisional” (originally by Fugazi) 7″ in November.
“Four-ish years ago, Max from The Arkells told me to check out some videos of The Dirty Nil playing amazing covers in their basement and quickly became a fan,” said Dine Alone Records Founder Joel Carriere in a press release. “Following these guys for the past four years has been a lot of fun and now we finally get to work with them to bring their music to the masses. Anyone who can cover Fugazi and not fuck it up is in our good books.”
“We just wanted to make a record that would be the best possible introduction to our band and capture what we do with our live show,” said vocalist and guitarist Luke Bentham during an interview with CBC in May.
