Ryan Adams Releases Halloween-Themed 7″, “Vampires”
Just in time for Halloween, Ryan Adams has given listeners a spooky new 7” to haunt their ears: Vampires. Released as part of the critically-acclaimed artist’s PAX-Am Singles Series, this offering consists of four tracks and some seriously badass cover art.
Vampires went on sale last night (for $6!) as a standalone product, as well as part of a t-shirt bundle. Although a number of people complained upon Adams’ Facebook page about the high shipping costs associated with Vampires ($15+ to send the 7” to Canada), all copies and bundles managed to get gobbled up.
It’s not clear as to whether Vampires will ever appear digitally, or in some other retail setting. One can only hope.
Unlike the previously released PAX-Am Series 7” albums, 1984 and Jacksonville, we have yet to find any audio for Vampires.
If you missed out on getting Vampires, don’t be sad – we’re here to help. We are giving away copies of Adams’ new Self-Titled album! Click here for more details.
