Run the Jewels, Primus & Others, Releasing Pink Vinyl for Charity
Run the Jewels, Primus, Al Green and Between the Buried and Me are among 10 artists that’ll 
release pink editions of previously released albums to raise money for Gilda’s Club NYC.
“GCNYC’s mission is to provide welcoming communities for women and men who are diagnosed with cancer, their caregivers or for those who have lost someone to cancer,” reads a statement. “Our innovative program is an essential complement to medical care, providing networking and support groups, educational lectures, workshops and social activities, all free of charge.”
In addition to the artists listed above, this year’s cause will also feature pink vinyl releases from Sturgill Simpson, Joey Bada$$, Chet Faker, Pierce the Veil, Clutch and Ingrid Michaelson. All will become available in October.
Last year, Against Me! and Courtney Barnett participated in this 10Bands1Cause campaign and helped raise $30,000.
