Riff Clips of the Year: Mounties Tell Us About “Headphones”
In July at the Hillside Festival in Guelph, Riffyou.com caught up with Mounties ahead of what wound up being a set that never happened. You see, as the band readied the stage, a massive storm rolling through the region resulted in a baseball-like rain delay, followed by an early shutdown of the festival. Needless to say, all involved were extremely disappointed.
Ahead of what proved to be a big-time bummer for the band and fans alike, Mounties members Ryan Dahle, Steve Bays, and Hawskley Workman took some time to humorously explain to us the origin of their track “Headphones.”
