Riff Clip: Chris Carrabba of Twin Forks Tells Us About “Back to You”
As the man behind Dashboard Confessional, Chris Carrabba has long been cemented as a songwriter more than capable of tugging heartstrings and shifting minds.
His latest project is Twin Forks, a modern, upbeat folk collective that celebrates the music in which Carrabba grew up appreciating, but needed a shove to pursue on a grander stage.
One of the Twin Forks songs to have gained some serious traction is “Back to You.” Instead of us trying to deconstruct Carrabba’s lyrics on our own, we had the opportunity to get him on camera to tell us where the song came from, and what it means to him.
