Oui! Amnesia Rockfest Unleashes its Killer Schedule
For its tenth edition, Amnesia Rockfest dropped the hammer a few months ago by nabbing 
headliners like System of a Down, Linkin Park, The Offspring, Deftones, Rancid, Snoop Dogg, Buzzcocks, Slayer, Pixies, Tenacious D and a ton of others.
Now, we finally get a look at where and when the bands are playing and, oh my God, good luck surviving the sonic assault that’ll be brought toward your face.
Linkin Park will headline the main stage on Friday, following performances by The Offspring, Sublime with Rome, Deftones, Bad Religion, Down, Goldfinger and Mad Caddies. Ministry and Skinny Puppy will own the Jagermeister stage that night.
As for Saturday, System of a Down will take top billing and be preceded on the main stage by Slayer, Rob Zombie, Snoop Dogg, Rancid, Flogging Molly, Hatebreed and Less Than Jake. On the same day, Pixies will close out the Jagermeister stage, with Tenacious D performing right before.
“It was really hard to get [System of a Down] because they don’t play many shows,” said Amnesia Rockfest Founder Alex Martel during an interview with Riffyou.com. “I had been trying for many years and at first they were saying ‘no.’ I kept working on it and tried to find solutions – I’m super happy to have them, because they were by far the most requested band by the festival goers.”
