“Natural Born Killers” Soundtrack Gets Vinyl Reissue
Apart from all of the sinister bloodshed and morbid imagery that held its own in Oliver Stone’s Bonnie & Clyde-esque film, Natural Born Killers, the film also had a killer soundtrack curated by Trent Reznor.
To celebrate the film’s 20th anniversary, Music on Vinyl has announced its plans to reissue the soundtrack on vinyl.
Available December 14, Natural Born Killers: Music From and Inspired by Natural Born Killers, an Oliver Stone Film, will come as a double LP in a gatefold sleeve featuring artwork from the flick. The first 2,000 copies will fittingly feature “blood red vinyl.”
This soundtrack originally appeared on CD and cassette around the time Natural Born Killers hit theatres, before getting its initial vinyl treatment in 1999.
In addition to tracks by Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Nine Inch Nails, and L7, the soundtrack also includes audio bites from the film. Check out the full track listing beneath the video.
