Lana Del Rey is Bringing Us “Ultraviolence” Next Month

The forthcoming Lana Del Rey album Ultraviolence – perhaps the most chattered about and begged for sophomore effort of the social media era – has finally lana-del-rey-ultraviolence-smallgotten a release date: June 16. Batten down the hatches, because the wave of critical acclaim and hatred is about to wash over all of us.

Last month at Coachella, Del Rey received much attention for the debut performance of the album’s lead single, West Coast. If you liked what she did on 2011’s Born to Die, you’d find that offering to be, well, killer.

No less, Ultraviolence is an 11-song affair (plus a trio of ‘bonus tracks) that features production work from Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys.

If purchasing the album in CD format or through iTunes isn’t enough, an Ultraviolence box set can also be yours. With it comes two LP picture discs, a ‘deluxe CD digipack,’ as well as four 12×12 art prints. This will set you back $99.99.

The album’s tracklisting is as follows:

1. “Cruel World”
2. “Ultraviolence”
3. “Shades of Cool”
4. “Brooklyn Baby”
5. “West Coast”
6. “Sad Girl”
7. “Pretty When You Cry”
8. “Money Power Glory”
9. “Fucked My Way Up to the Top”
10. “Old Money”
11. “The Other Woman”
12. “Black Beauty” *
13. “Guns and Roses” *
14. “Florida Kilos” *
