Eagles of Death Metal Returning to Paris in February
Eagles of Death Metal have made good on its promise to return to Paris, following the tragic terrorist attack that happened during the band’s show at The Bataclan on November 13.The concert will be played on February 16 at the Olympia Theatre, as The Bataclan remains closed. Those who attended that show, have the opportunity to receive free entry into the Olympia Theatre gig.
In addition to this Paris performance, Eagles of Death Metal will also complete the European tour it was in the midst of doing ahead that fateful night at The Bataclan.
“The people of Paris have always been incredible to us, and our feeling of love towards this beautiful city and its people has been reinforced a million times over this past month,” says Eagles of Death Metal’s Jesse Hughes. “Hearing the stories of the survivors, the injured and those who have lost loved ones has been overwhelming. Not returning to finish our set was never an option. We look forward to coming back in February and continuing our mission to bring rock ‘n’ roll to the world.”
Fittingly, the tour is called “The Nos Amis Tour,” which is translated to “The Our Friends Tour.”
