Is Apple Music Satanic? Brian Jonestown Massacre Singer Thinks So
Anton Newcombe of Brian Jonestown Massacre says Apple is threatening to pull his band’s music from iTunes if he doesn’t agree to the Apple Music contract.
As previously reported, Apple Music plans to give users of the new music streaming service a three-month, free trial to get started. Subsequently, Apple is asking artists to agree to not receiving any royalties during that time period.
According to a series of tweets sent out by Newcombe yesterday (June 17), an Apple representative gave him a pretty serious ultimatum if he refuses to sign the Apple Music contract.
